BRADLEY SIMPSON COVER HOS PUSHING BOUNDARIES WINTER ISSUE 2024
Bradley Simpson’s debut album The Panic Years reflects on the past decade of his life—from being in your twenties, experiencing all the ups and downs, getting your heart broken, falling in love, and being part of a successful boy band.
We meet over Zoom; we are both in London, and the scene is set on a sunny autumn morning in October. I know that Bradley recently started his solo journey after rising to fame in the boy band The Vamps—a household name for many. I can tell that this is only the beginning for him. We discuss his upcoming debut solo album, The Panic Years—a title that is relatable to everyone in their twenties. The album, written over two years, is influenced by American rock and personal experiences. It offers 12 tracks in total and a more mature, personal sound full of soft guitar and mesmerizing, silky vocals.
